Hopi Ear Candles - Ancient Indian Ritual, with the majical scent of honey, sage and camomile
The candles are named after Native American tribes who first introduced this gentle therapy to the west. The candles are made from a hollow tube of cotton flax. They are impregnated with extract of honey and herb oils, which are all healing properties. The ear candles induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears, which soothes, relieves and relaxes.Calms the mind, soothes head & ears, relaxes naturally, releases new energies.

Pedicures
TREAT YOUR FEET to a Relaxing Pedicure, using a bath spa, massage, a pedicure and finally a choice of nail varnish. This is a lovely and relaxing treatment, your feet tend to get ignored, they need soft loving care, why not 'treat your feet' to a relaxing massage also at the end of your treatment. - £20.00Reflexology
TIME OUT 4U, a lovely relaxing treatment which includes a relaxing massage at the end of the treatment. Foot or Hand Reflexology will flush out toxins, reduce stress and tension, improve circulation, increases blood supply to affected organs, helps the body achieve balance. This is an ancient form of healing, to calm the body and mind, practitioners use the palms of their hands to transfer healing energy to physically painful or emotionally troubled areas of the body.Reiki is a non-invasive form of treatment, you remain fully clothed, Jackie also during the treatment uses meditation. Reiki is also good for relaxing to ease the stress of daily life.
