MOBILE SERVICE - I bring all my equipment with me, all you have to do is relax.

My Reflexology, Pedicures,Manicures, Indian Head Massage & Reiki treatments are mobile, I am based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. I use a La Fuma Chair or a portable Indian Head Massage Chair.

REFLEXOLOGY - TIME OUT 4U, a lovely relaxing treatment which includes a relaxing massage at the end of the treatment. Reflexology will flush out toxins, reduce stress and tension, improve circulation, increases blood supply to affected organs, helps the body achieve balance. PEDICURES - TREAT YOUR FEET to a Relaxing Pedicure, using a bath spa, massage, a pedicure and finally a choice of nail varnish.

ENGLISH CLASSIC MANICURES - A Relaxing Manicure, nails soaked and conditioned, filed, shapped and buffed. Followed by a relaxing Hand Massage using oil or cream, finished off with nail polish.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE - Relieves muscular tension, neck and shoulder stiffness, includes a neck, head and face massage. Indian Head Massage is good for dispersing toxins from tense muscles, improves joint mobility, increases levels of alertness and concentration, helps shoulder stiffness, rebalances vital energy flow, instilling a sense of peace and tranquility.

REIKI - This is an ancient form of healing, to calm the body and mind, practitioners use the palms of their hands to transfer healing energy to physically painful or emotionally troubled areas of the body.
